Andrea Fuder, MSc and MBA, holds the position Chief Purchasing Officer of Volvo Group and is a Member of Volvo Group Executive Board since 2017. Andrea is also a member of the Board of the German-Swedish Chamber of Commerce.

Before joining Volvo Group, Andrea was a member of Scania AB’s and Bentley Motors’Executive Board responsible for Purchasing. She worked as well in Quality and Logistic in senior positions at Volkswagen.She has comprehensive international experience after being stationed in countries including Germany, UK, China, and Sweden.

The global purchasing team is at the heart of the transformation of the Volvo Group and drives diversity as an enabler and sustainability as a prerequisite. Manoeuvring in an increasingly complex business environment, the team is firmly focused on delivering value forVolvo Group customers and ensure the Group transitions to transport solutions within the boundaries of the planet. Key strategic priorities for the organisation and the ecosystem of supply partners include net zero-greenhouse gas value chain by 2040, circularity, human centricity, supply network resiliency, flexibility, and digitalisation. Andrea strongly believes that partnerships, new business models, and innovative technology are needed to shape the world we want to live in, for many generations to come.
